Inhuman:

Inhuman haunts are the most dangerous of all.  These are spirits that have never been alive.  They almost always have malicious intent and will hurt you if you give them the opportunity.  Inhuman haunts can move objects, talk to you, scratch you, and even enter your body and try to take control of you.  Inhuman haunts can also influence you to do things by playing with your emotions, and giving you suggestions like a little voice in your head.  In severe cases an inhuman entity can influence a person to commit suicide Inhuman haunts are usually triggered by a person dabbling in the occult and opening a door that they did not intend on opening.

The best example of an inhuman haunt is demonic possession (this applies to houses as well as people)

Inhuman haunts can be rather difficult to get rid of almost always requiring some form of exorcism or blessing.  Even if the inhuman spirit is exorcised if the door that was opened allowing them to enter our world is not closed another and possibly more powerful spirit could take its place.
